why BTC not going up

this only a one reason : GBTC sell pressure

Grayscale bitcoin trust hold large amount of BTC , It is more than the amount of Microstrategy holding.

after the approval of ETF , investors could sell there shares and get profits

so, millions of dollars worth of BTC got in to the market to be sold.

so, this could be a main reason why BTC is not going up , even after the ETF approval.
